1. Boot into Safe Mode

To boot into Safe Mode, follow these steps:

1. Restart your computer.
2. As soon as you see the Windows logo, press and hold the Shift key.
3. Continue holding the Shift key until you see the Advanced Startup Options menu.
4. Click on the Troubleshoot option.
5. Click on the Advanced Options option.
6. Click on the Startup Settings option.
7. Click on the Restart button.
8. Once your computer restarts, you will see a list of startup options.
9. Press the F4 key to boot into Safe Mode.

2. Rename the CrowdStrike Folder
